Everything we get asked before, during, and after a project. If your question is not here, email hello@copywriterslibres.com and we will answer the same business day.
Performance copy is written for a specific measurable outcome -- click, sign-up, purchase, or pledge. Regular copywriting often chases tone and style. Performance copy chases behavior. Every structural decision traces back to what specific belief the reader needs to hold to take the next action.
No. Results depend on your offer, your audience, your traffic source, your page design, and your price point -- none of which we control. What we guarantee is copy written to the confirmed brief, backed by audience research, structured for conversion, and revised until it matches what was agreed.
After payment, we send an intake questionnaire covering your audience, offer, competitors, current performance data, and specific goals. From that, we produce a strategy brief that both sides confirm before any writing starts. This is the single most important step in the process.
We have written for SaaS, fintech, e-commerce, coaching and courses, health and wellness, real estate, B2B services, consumer goods, crowdfunding campaigns, and media. We do not specialize by industry -- we specialize by copy format and buying psychology.
Spark includes 2, Ignite includes 3, and Blaze includes unlimited revisions within 90 days of first draft. A revision round is a single consolidated set of feedback addressed in one pass. Piecemeal requests are grouped into rounds.
Default is Google Doc with annotated decision notes. We also deliver in Word, PDF, or plain text. Ad copy is delivered organized by campaign and ad set with all variants clearly labeled. Platform-specific formatting (Klaviyo, HubSpot, Meta Ads Manager) is available on request.
Yes. The A/B Headline Set add-on covers 5 headline variants with different angles for the same offer. For full A/B page variants, we scope that as a separate deliverable in the brief. Most ad copy packages already include headline and body variants by default.
No. Every project is written by the same team that ran your intake and strategy sessions. We do not route projects through a writer marketplace or subcontract to reduce cost. That is how quality stays predictable across engagements.
Default delivery is Google Doc with edit access and full rationale notes. We also deliver in Word (.docx), PDF, or plain text on request. Ad copy comes organized by campaign and ad set. Crowdfunding copy is delivered as a single structured document. State your preferred format in the intake form.
Rush delivery is available as a 72-hour add-on for Spark-scope projects. Rush requires a completed intake form within 24 hours of sending, and the brief must be confirmed the same day it is sent. For non-rush projects, the delivery clock starts from confirmed brief, not payment date.
Revision rounds run until the copy matches the confirmed brief or your included rounds are complete. If the copy materially departs from the confirmed brief and revision rounds cannot resolve it, we address that per our Refund Policy. Contact hello@copywriterslibres.com to open a request.
Yes. Monthly retainer arrangements are available for businesses with ongoing copy requirements -- landing page variants, quarterly campaign refreshes, ongoing ad copy testing, and similar recurring work. Retainer pricing depends on volume and type. Contact us directly to discuss.
We are based in Centralia, Illinois. We work with clients across the US and with international businesses that need English-language copy. All intake sessions and strategy calls are via video, so location is not a constraint. All pricing is in US dollars.
We treat all project information, intake details, and business data as confidential. We do not share project specifics with anyone outside the team. If you require a formal NDA before the intake session, let us know in advance and we can accommodate that.
