Delivery Policy

Last updated: August 1, 2026

1. All Delivery Is Digital

All services provided by Copywriters Libres are delivered digitally. We do not produce, print, mail, or ship physical goods of any kind. There are no physical books, printed copies, USB drives, or any other tangible items associated with our services. When you purchase a copywriting service from us, the deliverable is a digital file containing the written copy, accessible through the method described in this policy.

Digital delivery means your files are sent via email, shared Google Doc link, or direct file download depending on the format you specify in the intake questionnaire. All delivery is to the email address used at checkout. If you need to update this address, contact us at hello@copywriterslibres.com before your first draft is delivered.

2. Delivery Formats Available

We support the following delivery formats. You specify your preference in the intake questionnaire, and we will match it throughout the engagement:

  • Google Doc (Default): A shared Google Doc with comment access. This format includes decision rationale notes embedded throughout the document explaining key structural and copy choices. Edit access is provided after the final revision round is complete. Google Doc delivery is the default if no preference is stated.
  • Microsoft Word (.docx): Sent as an email attachment. This is the preferred format for clients who work in Word-based workflows or need to hand files to designers or developers directly.
  • PDF: A formatted PDF for formal presentations, proposals, or deliverables where visual formatting matters. PDF delivery is standard for press releases and recommended for long-form sales pages where formatting is part of the deliverable.
  • Plain Text (.txt): Unformatted text suitable for direct paste into ad platforms (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager), email marketing tools (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot), or CMS systems. Ad copy is available in plain text by default alongside the primary format.
  • Platform-Ready Format: For ad copy, we can structure delivery to match your specific ad manager's format (Meta campaign/ad set/ad structure, Google Ads campaign/ad group/ad structure). Specify this in the intake questionnaire and we will organize accordingly.

3. Delivery Timeline Structure

The timeline for every project begins from the date the strategy brief is confirmed in writing by both parties -- not from the payment date. This is an important distinction. Payment authorizes us to begin the intake process. The delivery clock starts only after the strategy brief is confirmed. This protects you from timeline pressure while the brief is being developed and ensures the timeline is tied to agreed scope.

Standard first draft delivery timelines by package:

  • Spark Package: First draft within 10 business days of confirmed brief
  • Ignite Package: First draft within 14 business days of confirmed brief
  • Blaze Package: First draft within 21 business days of confirmed brief
  • Individual service purchases: Timeline confirmed at the briefing stage, varies by service type, word count, and current scheduling. Typically 7 to 18 business days from confirmed brief.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal public holidays. Our studio is based in Central Time (CT). Days where we are closed due to scheduled studio closures will be communicated to active clients in advance.

4. Rush Delivery Option

Rush delivery is available as a paid add-on for Spark-scope projects. Rush delivery means the first draft is delivered within 72 business hours (3 business days) of the strategy brief being confirmed, rather than the standard 10 business day window.

Rush delivery has strict prerequisites that must both be met for the rush timeline to apply:

  • The completed intake questionnaire must be returned within 24 hours of you receiving it
  • The strategy brief must be confirmed by you on the same business day it is sent to you

If either of these conditions is not met due to client-side delay, the rush timeline is forfeited and the standard delivery timeline applies. The rush add-on fee is non-refundable in this circumstance. Rush add-ons purchased for projects that cannot be scheduled into a rush slot due to our current queue will be converted to priority scheduling at the front of the standard queue, with notification provided at the time of purchase.

5. Revision Delivery Timeline

After you submit revision feedback, we deliver the revised draft within 5 business days. This timeline assumes feedback is submitted as a single, consolidated set of comments per revision round -- not as sequential individual comments submitted over multiple days. If feedback is submitted piecemeal, the 5-business-day revision window begins from the date you indicate that all feedback has been submitted.

Revision feedback that significantly expands the scope of the project -- adding sections, changing the target audience, or modifying the offer structure -- may extend the revision delivery timeline. We will notify you of any timeline extension before beginning revised work.

6. Final Delivery and Acceptance

The engagement is considered complete -- and final delivery is made -- after one of the following occurs: (a) all included revision rounds have been used and the final revision is delivered; (b) you indicate in writing that you are satisfied with a delivered version and approve it as final; or (c) the revision window expires without you requesting further changes.

After final delivery, you have 7 calendar days to report any technical issues with the delivered files, such as: missing sections that should be present per the confirmed brief, file corruption, or access issues. File issues reported within this window are addressed at no additional cost within 2 business days. Issues reported after 7 days may be addressed as new work.

7. Service-Specific Delivery Notes

Each service type includes specific delivery components beyond the main copy document:

  • Landing Page Copy: Delivered with above-fold copy, below-fold sections, CTA copy variants, and mobile layout notes. Headline and subheadline delivered in 3 angle variants for testing. Meta description copy included.
  • Long-Form Sales Pages: Delivered as a single document with clearly marked sections. Offer stack, guarantee copy, and FAQ section included. Page structure notes explaining section order logic delivered as a cover note.
  • Ad Copy: Delivered organized by campaign, ad set, and variant. Minimum 3 headline variants per ad set. Body copy variants by angle. CTA variants at multiple friction levels. A split-test matrix showing recommended test priority order included.
  • Crowdfunding Campaign Copy: Full campaign page copy from hero through rewards section. Reward tier descriptions for all tiers. FAQ copy for backer questions. Pre-launch email sequence (3 emails). First-day launch email. Stretch goal announcement copy for up to 3 stretch goals if applicable.
  • Press Releases: Full AP-style press release. Short version optimized for wire distribution character limits. Two executive quote variants. Boilerplate company description copy. Media contact block. Angle review notes.
  • Case Studies: Long-form version (800-1,200 words for website/PDF). Condensed one-pager for proposals and sales decks. Social-ready summary (200-300 words for LinkedIn and email). Pull quotes extracted for standalone use.

8. Consultation Session Delivery

Consultation sessions are conducted via Zoom or Google Meet. Session links are sent to the email address on file 24 hours before the scheduled time. After each session, a written summary document is delivered within 24 hours covering: key decisions made, specific recommendations, action items assigned to each party, and any changes to the project brief that were agreed during the session.

Sessions are 60 minutes per purchased hour. We may run slightly over time for natural conversational flow, but do not count excess time against purchased hours. We do not record sessions unless both parties explicitly agree to recording at the start of the session.

9. Non-Delivery Situations

In the unlikely event that we are unable to deliver a project within the agreed timeline due to circumstances on our side (illness, emergency, technical failure), we will notify you as soon as possible and provide a revised timeline. If the delay is significant (more than 5 business days beyond the agreed first draft date through no fault of yours), we will offer you the option of a partial refund for the delay, a credit toward future services, or priority rescheduling. You are not obligated to accept a delay without remedy.
